Ringotel provides extensive statistics of your business communications. You can view full information about your calls and chats, analyze the efficiency of your customer service across all your communication channels.
You can check your call statistics by clicking on the icon -, in the upper-right corner and choose "Calls statistics".
Here, you can see graphics of outgoing and incoming calls, trunks statistics, and QOS (quality of service) indicators for each call. In right upper corner, you can choose a period of time which you want to get statistics on.
Each graphic can be exported to xls. or csv. by clicking on the appropriate icon.
Same as for calls statistics, you can check channel statistics by clicking on the icon -, in the upper-right corner and select "Channel statistics".
You can choose the period of statistic you are looking for and click search. Also, you can group statistics by chat group, by channel name and by channel type.
You can listen to each recorded conversation and monitor its QoS in “Call records” section.
