You can set automatic enabling or disabling specific components (trunks, groups, channels, etc.) by creating a timer.
These triggers can help you automate your working schedule and route calls and chats in the most efficient way.
To set up a timer you need to do the following steps:
- Select "Timers" on the panel and click on "+Add".
- Name your timer, in "Select Object" section you need to choose which element this timer should enable or disable (you can select multiple actions by clicking on "+").
- In "Select Date and Time" panel you can choose when this timer should be activated.
- Click on "Create", when done.
You can enable or disable timer using killswitch, located to the right of timer name.
