Automatic calls transferring can redirect incoming calls to other users or phone numbers so that you never miss an important call. You can set different transfer rules for each user using web admin console.
Here are the steps you need to do:
- Open Users group and click on user number.
- In appeared user settings window, select “Forwarding” section.
- You can set various transfer rules for each user. Note, that when you select “Unconditional”, it will transfer all incoming calls regardless of user status, so other rules won’t work.
- Click on “Save”, when done.
